Managing Director (m/f/d) Spain

• Full management responsibility for the Iberian subsidiary, including production, sales, logistics, finance and HR
• Develop and execute the regional growth strategy for Spain and Portugal
• Lead, mentor and strengthen the local leadership team
• Expand customer relationships across hydraulics, industrial sectors and mobility
• Oversee production operations and drive process optimization, lean initiatives and digital transformation
• Manage budget, P&L and KPIs; report regularly to Group Headquarters in Wipperfürth
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, legal and sustainability standards

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, fluid technology or related fields
• Experience in production management, lean/continuous improvement and digitalization
• Fluent in Spanish; excellent English skills; German beneficial
• Strong leadership, strategic mindset, customer orientation and communication skills
